Hi friends.

I left Norman today for good. It’s been surreal lately, knowing that I’m doing everything for the last time before I come back in five months. I don’t like leaving my friends, my family, my house, my dog, or as Mikel put it, “everything I’ve ever known and loved.” Way to freak me out, Mikel. Love you.

I managed to pack up every single pair of shoes that I own and put them all in my car. The problem here is that when you pack up every pair of shoes that you own, you don’t have any to put on your feet. Hence I spent the rest of the day trekking in, out, and around my house with bare feet in the middle of winter because I was too lazy to dig through my massive suitcase to find a pair of shoes. It sucked. I was also jacketless, because all of my jackets were packed up in my suitcase next to my shoes.

Lastly, the larger of my two suitcases is monstrously huge. Like it’s so big that I bet I could fit two to three Stephanies in my suitcase. It’s not a suitcase; it’s a beast. You guys should see it.

I think that’s enough pointless rambling. The next time you’ll hear from me, I’ll be on the other side of the world. Au revoir!
